Our Mission
The Foundation for Music and Healing, Inc. is a non-profit, community based organization which seeks to provide the benefits of music to those who never thought it possible. It was created in 2003 to bring the benefits of music to exceptional people with special needs and disabilities. Instruction in piano, voice, dance movement, guitar and general music activities is provided on a weekly basis to scores of students who range in age from toddlers to adults.
Our Goal
The purpose of this blog is to spread the word about the Foundation for Music and Healing. The best way to do that is to share stories and information about the successes so many have experienced through the Foundation and through music in general.
